SoundTube SM52-EZ Outdoor Surface Mount Speaker in White
The SM52-EZ is an economical solution for integrators who need a surface-mount indoor or outdoor speaker option for music and paging applications. The speaker incorporates a dedicated 5.25 inch polypropylene woofer and an offset 1 inch soft dome tweeter with waveguide to deliver superb intelligibility for background to foreground music and messaging (up to 100.0 dB max. SPL). SoundTube's proprietary BroadBeam Ring™ technology in all models ensures high intelligibility, even well off-axis. Enclosures for the SM52-EZ are ported, with port plugs included for outdoor use; grilles and mounting hardware are powder coated aluminum. With its 32 watt transformer and 6 position tap switch, the SM52-EZ offers 25.5 V, 70.7 V and 100 V operation with an 8 ohm bypass. Inputs are made via ceramic terminal strips, making these speakers suitable for European voice evacuation systems. A safety cable, wall mount bracket, conduit connector and port hole plug are all included.
